Circles of Support Facilitator Training (Individual)

This comprehensive 5-session Circles of Support (COS) Facilitator Training includes: (1) an overview of the COS model, (2) in-depth content review for each module, and (3) all material required to run a full COS including the Facilitator Guide, 5 Participant Workbooks, Intake Forms, and Evaluation Surveys.

Additionally, participants will be required to do some pre-work/homework for each training date which will include about 30-60 minutes of reading and two 20-min videos demonstrating key COS activities.

Finally, the training will conclude with a brief written assessment/exam and a 20-minute practice COS led by each facilitator required to become fully certified.

Additional facilitator guides and workbooks may be ordered at $25 per book. Additional coaching is offered at a rate of $50 per hour.
