Our team is dedicated to welcoming refugee and immigrant women and teen girls recent to Grand Rapids. We are a tight-knit team that is concerned with the 'how' and the 'what' of our mission.

Our organization is uniquely able to adapt to needs as they change and grow because of our size and ability to learn quickly. Every day is an adventure and we're always on the lookout for people who are passionate about the work, willing to take risks, adaptable to any situation, and happy to give insight and volunteer on the big projects and small daily needs (like restocking the coffee & tea that keeps us fueled).

If you are committed to this work of welcoming newcomers and interested in a growing organization with an exciting mission, please read on.
