Celebrating the Beginning of Treetops' Tenth Year!
This past year carried grief and heaviness as our neighbors experienced new fear and uncertainty in this country where they have chosen to rebuild their lives. It has held persistent challenges of language, transportation, childcare, supportive work, and stigma.
It has also held tremendous joy, celebration, and connection as women and girls have found their voices in community leadership, envisioned their dreams, took supportive steps to overcome barriers, felt seen and known in all that is true in this season of their lives. Neighbors have gone from being here, to truly belonging here.
As we step into 2026 we are committed to the “why” of our mission - that anyone who has experienced the pain of displacement can live a vibrant, whole life in connection with their neighbors. And this mission is shared with all of you - people who believe in the power of our neighbors to build the world we want to see, transforming it into a place of belonging.
Created as a keepsake, this limited-edition thoughtfully crafted coffee table book gathers over a dozen personal stories highlighting the beauty, resilience, and transformation you’ve helped cultivate—each page a glimpse into what becomes possible when community shows up with love and radical welcome.
We are committed to being an organization that does not simply have programs or one off services, but that co-creates solutions, developed at the grassroots, that transform lives through relationships, through shared values, through meaningful work, through persistent growth within a vibrant cross-cultural community.
