Meet Nabilah

Hello! My name is Nabilah, and I am currently an Occupational Therapy student at Western Michigan University. I am thrilled to join Treetops Collective as an intern for the 2025 winter semester. When I first learned about this organization, I was immediately drawn to its mission and goals.

As a minority, I’ve personally observed the lack of access to resources for underserved communities, which inspired me to focus my capstone project on addressing the needs of these populations. Treetops Collective has been incredibly welcoming, and I’m excited to be part of this team. I look forward to learning from the diverse cultures represented here and contributing my skills to support the community.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, exploring coffee shops, watching movies, baking, and traveling—although I haven’t had the chance to travel much recently.
