Meet Jackie
Jackie Amani is a Collective Care Specialist for Treetops Collective.
As a former refugee, I spent almost my childhood in a refugee camp where it was hard to access different resources. Since then, I worked tirelessly to make sure that everyone gets the support and assistance they need to thrive. Therefore, I dedicated my energy and time to creating a safe and inclusive space where people especially immigrants/refugees can feel heard, seen, and valued.
When I am not working, I love spending time with my family, especially my husband and beautiful daughter. I believe that family is one of the important things in life, and I cherish every moment I get to spend with them.
Apart from that, I have a few hobbies that keep me busy. I love music, and I often find myself dancing to my favorite songs whenever I get the chance. I am also a huge foodie and enjoy trying out new restaurants and cuisines. Additionally, I love to travel and explore new places, cultures, and traditions.
