Handmade Tea Towels

These hand-printed tea towels are the result of a creative collaboration rooted right here in Grand Rapids. Designed as part of Treetops’ Teen Program, each pattern began with hand-carved stamps created by teen participants during workshops at a local ceramics studio. Inspired by nature and personal expression, the stamps reflect the girls’ creativity and growing confidence as makers.

The stamps were then brought to Solstice Handmade, where each towel was thoughtfully printed by hand using the teens’ original designs. Made with care and intention, no two towels are exactly alike—subtle variations in print make each piece unique.

Functional and meaningful, these tea towels are a celebration of youth creativity, local artistry, and the power of learning through making. Perfect for everyday kitchen use or as a thoughtful, purpose-driven gift.
