Rosine Hounakey
A native of Lome, Togo, Rosine moved to the United States at the age of 13. Through her immigration experience, Rosine learned that welcoming others sometimes requires nothing more than lending a listening ear and showing mercy. Many did this for her when she first moved to Michigan, and she is grateful to now extend the same welcoming spirit to new members of the Grand Rapids community through her work at Treetops. God has placed it on Rosine's heart to mentor and provide life coaching to young women. Through serving as Treetops' Community Connector, Rosine is able to live out this purpose, encourage young women, and grow leaders in her community.
