Meet Yolanda

A glimpse into Yola’s life tells the story of a woman who has learned to reinvent herself with strength and heart. Born and raised in Valencia, Venezuela, she grew up surrounded by love, outdoor childhood memories, and values that shaped her resilience.

Before turning 22, she graduated as an Industrial Engineer while already embracing motherhood, learning early how to balance responsibility with dreams. At 40, her life changed dramatically when she emigrated to the United States. Starting over meant facing a new culture, rebuilding her path in adulthood, and overcoming the deep challenge of learning a new language. It was a journey filled with uncertainty and fear, but also with courage, determination, and the will to move forward.

In 2025, she became part of the Treeptop Community and was accepted into its leadership program, an experience that helped her grow and inspire others. Today, she works full-time at an immigration law firm, supporting people who are walking the same difficult road she once did, while also developing personal projects focused on helping those in need.

As a proud mother of two and a resilient immigrant woman, Yola embraces each new stage of life with gratitude and hope, believing that even after the hardest changes, there is always space to dream again and build new beginnings.
