Meet Raul
Raul Herrera-Pina is a Branch Manager at Huntington National Bank. Raul is a sales and service professional who is dedicated to servicing Huntington’s customer base, with a focus on Spanish speaking customers. WIth the help of his team, Raul strives to bridge the existing banking gap customers may be experiencing, by providing education on their products and services. This is an opportunity that presents itself every day in daily interactions and they rise to the challenge.
Raul joined Huntington in 2016 with the goal of developing the Bilingual Customer Service initiative into more than just a servicing line. Since joining, Raul has been able to grow the team in numbers, launched Credit Card servicing in Spanish, implemented a Service to Sale strategy that ensures Spanish speaking customers get the opportunity to explore the different products they have, which in turn will help them live better lives.
Raul and his wife Susanna have two awesome boys and a very tenacious dachshund named Roxanne. In his spare time Raul enjoys motorcycling at the racetrack and cycling on his road bike to prep for Pelotonia. Raul graduated with a Masters in Economic Development from the KDI School (South Korea) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Empire State College (SUNY).
