Meet Jennifer

Jennifer Gómez Pedraza is a Social Work major at Grand Valley State University, graduating in May. Her past experience includes working with Michigan’s migrant farmworker population, and she is currently an intern at Treetops Collective, serving as a Teen Club Leader for high school–aged girls from refugee and/or immigrant backgrounds. Her work focuses on supporting youth as they learn and navigate important topics while acclimating to American society, and she is especially interested in mezzo-level social work and advocacy for communities facing social injustice.
