Meet Ariel

Ariel Frey is the Events & Building Manager at Treetops Collective, where they help cultivate welcoming spaces rooted in connection, hospitality, and belonging. Their work centers on creating environments where people from all walks of life—especially immigrant and refugee communities—feel seen, valued, and at home.

Through event coordination, volunteer engagement, and caring for the rhythms of shared community spaces, Ariel is passionate about bringing people together in meaningful ways. They believe that intentional gathering and thoughtful hospitality can foster deeper relationships, stronger communities, and lasting impact.

Outside of work, Ariel enjoys getting lost in a good book, spending time in Lake Michigan, getting their hands dirty in the garden, and sharing life with their family and beloved pets. 

They feel most energized creating spaces where others feel comfortable, connected, and welcomed just as they are.
