Meet Aldina

Aldina Babic is the Director of Community Relations at Lake Michigan Credit Union in Grand Rapids. In this role, she provides strong leadership to initiatives that build deep partnerships, support nonprofit organizations in achieving their mission, and expand access to financial wellness resources across Michigan and Florida.

Her family’s experience as refugees shaped her lifelong passion for people and her commitment to creating inclusive, supportive communities. Fluent in three languages, Aldina draws on her background in translation, community impact, banking, and leadership to connect with people from all walks of life. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Leadership from Davenport University.

Aldina is especially passionate about empowering women to take control of their finances and pursue the goals they set for themselves personally, professionally, and financially.
