Before joining the Treetops team, Alaina spent years in the world of wedding planning, where her love for hospitality and attention to meaningful details blossomed. Her journey with Treetops began as an original event volunteer at the very first annual celebration and as one of the first Cross-Cultural Partners—experiences that rooted her even more deeply in the power of belonging. Now, as Treetops’ Building and Event Manager, she’s honored to help breathe life into The 906 through gatherings that invite presence, joy, and community. Every event is a joyful opportunity to share space and affirm that every person truly belongs.

At the heart of everything she does is a quiet dedication to living with openness and gratitude.
