Returns
We want you to love what you purchased! You can return any item purchased from Treetops Collective within 30 days as long as the item is still in like-new condition and you present a receipt.
Items can be returned in person or by mail to our makerspace at 906 Division Ave South, Grand Rapids, MI 49507.
We ask that all returns have paid return postage, but we will refund the original cost of the item plus the original shipping cost upon receiving and you will be updated via email when return payment has been processed.

Exchanges
You can exchange any item for store credit within 45 days as long as the item is still in like-new condition.
Items can be exchanged in person or by mail to our makerspace at 906 Division Ave South, Grand Rapids, MI 49507.
With your exchange, please indicate whether you would like to receive store credit or exchange for a particular item - indicating item, color, and size preferences.
