Meet Salma

Salma Hassani is a Collective Care Specialist and Concentric Community Leader at Treetops Collective. She collaborates with her colleagues to foster holistic engagement, create a sense of belonging, and empower new American women. Salma holds an MBA degree from Cornerstone University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Residing in Ada, Michigan, Salma is deeply committed to helping people and connecting with diverse populations.

Her personal and professional goals revolve around inspiring and motivating individuals to enhance their lives. With a mission to inspire and guide individuals towards self-improvement, Salma excels in building meaningful connections. Her strong interpersonal skills, effective listening, relationship-building, problem-solving, and peacemaking abilities allow her to make a positive impact.

Furthermore, Salma serves as a Farsi/Dari interpreter, facilitating communication. She has previously worked as a teacher assistant at GRPS for two years and volunteered to support new refugees for many years.

Outside of work, Salma finds joy in spending quality time with her family. She loves exploring nature through walks and traveling, finding inspiration in reading poetry, seeking balance through yoga, and experimenting with cooking.
